Who would you pick.......you can keep them all the same or just recast 1 or 2....you can even pick more.
I would have 5 - Simon could stay - but be nicer. I want Cher, Blondie, Stevie Nicks and Meatloaf.......that should round things out...

Simon is the way he is because he draws the crowds. Funny how people love his meaness and now it is a new thing with at least one judge in all those shows like "Dancing with the Stars" has one too. Simon started it so he should stay but like you said, be more careful with his words. No matter what those are people out there. I also think that there should be at least a first screening by the organizers, some of those people should never have been allowed to sing on tv so it comes across as a gimmick as well as those people just want their 5 mins of fame...whatever that means. Don't care of Cher but Stevie Nicks and Meatloaf should be good. How about a more rounded set of judges, one from one genre of music say: classical, rock, pop, soul/R&B. More rounded.

Paul Mc Cartney, Diana Ross are two I can think of off the top.
Cher would be okay, too.

i would keep Randy and simon but i think the third person should be likesomeone who knows music long now like Tina Turner!!
