Alternative (like Panic! at the disco and Fall Out Boy)
Hip-Hop/Rap (like chris brown and jay-z and nas)
R&B (like brian mcknight and mariah carey)
Pop (like ashley tisdale and pussycat dolls and michelle branch)
I'm a big fan of disney music.

You need inspiration music? The one(s) that I have is....
"A Prayer for Every Year" by Plus One. This is a christmas song, but still, it's good.
"Push It To The Limit" by Corbin Bleu and "Headstrong" by Trapt. I use these song on those times when I give up on something.
The best song I can think of is "Try Again" by Aaliyah. I miss her so much, I cried when I heard she died and her song "Miss You" was playing.

In my playlist right now, I'm listening to
Irreplaceable by Beyonce
Say Goodbye by Chris Brown
How to Deal by Frankie J
Burn by Usher
Bring It All To Me by Blaque ft. JC (from NSYNC)
She's No You by Jesse McCartney
Before Your Love by Kelly Clarkson
Flying Without Wings by Reuben Studdard
My Kind of Girl by Brian McKnight
Be Good To Me by Ashley Tisdale
No More by 3LW
If I Fail by Cartel
Grand Theft Autumn by Fall Out Boy
No Such Thing by John Mayer (I think you'll like this one)
Hey Jealousy by Hit the Lights
This Love by Maroon 5
Bad Day by Daniel Powter
"London Beckoned Songs About Money Written By Machines" by Panic! At the Disco
Untitled by Simple Plan

I'd go on but I have 640 songs in my iTunes library. If you have iTunes go to the music store and see the top 100 songs

I personally love House music , hard house, garage house, happy hardcore, anything that is uplifting like house music should be in everyones collection, you must always, and I mean always have something by QUEEN, I don't know why, so don't ask, but a record collection aint a record collection without it in my book, & always have plenty of new rock & roll, arctic monkeys and oasis that sort of thing.
also I rcomend that you don't have any love songs, yuck, what the hell is the point I ask you arrrrrrrgh, please pop my eardrums and take away the rest of my senses whilst you're there, I honestly can't begin to explain the horribl dpressed feeling that I am feeling right now... I think I'm gonna puke......Sorry about that!!! LOL!!! I hope this inspird you a little "everything happy....nothing soppy" thats my moto.

Lots of indie and rock, some chill out stuff, bit of dance and precious little R & B and rap. Check out some classical stuff too, it's not all dead boring as I used to think when i was younger.
