I have kissed him before....many times....but he has made the 1st move. I wanna know how can I start it all....i get a bit jittery to n make a fool of myself at times....so i wanna know how do i start it up

Please ingnore the advice of the skank Samantha, if you lick the ears of a boy whom you haven't even kissed yet, you are going to freak him out.
When you two are alone while talking just get close to him and bring your face closer to his, if he doesn't get the point then just kiss him. If he still doesn't get the point then he might be one of those Guys:

You should never kiss a boy first you know that tells him you're ready for everything.You see boys do not think with their brains they are controlled by what's in their pants and that is how God made them they can help it if they practice self control but the young ones just can't do that.You will find out as you grow that boys only want sex they cannot nor do they have the part of the brain that helps them do the relationship thing they can say they love you but it's only for one reason they just love the IDEA of you and them because of the hormones are telling that and God bless them they know no better but you be careful I know you are probably sitting there with your eyes rolled up in your head but I hope you remember what I say ,you WILL understand this one day .NO NO do not kiss him first you may be getting yourself into something you are not ready for just by kissing if he kisses you first.

Hun if you want to make the first move in showing you are attracted to him, start off first by holding his hand>>>>hugging him in a sensual way. Let him know point blank you'd like to kiss him then JUST do it hun! Boys are just as scared to make the first move so you'll help his anxiety by kissing him first. Good luck!
