Well, I really hope that one of you can answer this because not many people go to my blog and I was wondering if anyone knew some places where I could post my blog adress so that people will go to it.

Yes. Put a link to your 360 page on you Q&A page here, and then when someone looks at your profile, all they have to do is click.
If you use something other than 360 for your blog for some strange reason, you can always put it in the "comments" part of your Q&A page. But if I were you, I'd start a 360 blog. You can always provide a link to your other one on your 360 page.
You can also send email to your friends, asking them to look at your blog and providing a link.

I suggest you to join http://mybloglog.com which is also owned by Yahoo! It's a free blog community.
Once you join there, you can visit other members, leave messages and kindly invite them to visit your blog.
