I worried cause my last job every word I said they accused me of yelling at my at people and I worried since I got another job now will my emotional state carry over to the next job? how do I overcomer this? since I was always told I could not do the job so how do I feel I can do the job any ideas can you say anything to make my confidence to make me feel better? what can you say so I don't get to nervious and so I won't be to emotional after what has happen to me? Can you help me?

It's possible that your feelings about the current work experience could spillover to your next job. If I was in your position, here is what I would try to do:

1. Acknowledge that you have negative feelings about the past job. Look at the situation and try to learn from it. Perhaps the situation helped you to develop better coping mechanisms for dealing with people. Maybe there were a couple of really nice people that you cared about.

2. Remind yourself that the new job can and will be different. These are new people in a new environment, and what happens here doesn't have to be like what happened previously.

3. Compartmentalize your positive and negative feelings and experiences, and try to take the positive feelings, lessons learned, etc. with you. Try to leave the negative feelings behind.
