I would suggest 2 poached eggs, with hollendaise sauce, fresh homefries made with baby potatoes, onions, a bit of olive oil & garlic.... an everything bagle with fresh cream cheese, & a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice made from the oranges from the orange trees in my back yard.
That's what I would have if I were you...

Oatmeal, sprinkled with Cinnamon, ground flax seed and sliced banana and blueberries on top.
Cranberry juice.
Whole grain bread with peanut butter
a couple of cups of coffee.

That depends. But always eat healthy. Cereals (without sugar) is fine. Milk. Homemade juice. Lots of fruits.
