I found this ipod in the park. i have bought a sync cable, but do i need any cd/drivers before i plug it in to my computer? Also, can i stick any old mp3 songs onto it, or does it have to be downloaded via itunes?

you will need to download itunes so that it can convert the songs you want to put on there. Yes you can put any mp3 tracks on it as the itunes library will convert them for you

There is no software needed with the new Nanos... It can only be synced through iTunes. You can transfer CDs directly into iTunes and then transfer it onto the iPod

You need itunes before you can put any song on it. You should have put up signs about the lost ipod and made someone's day.

I agree with JoJo. Turn it in, because some little kid might be crying their eyes out because their father gave it to them before he died and that would be very expensive
