I am encouraged that you invited your friend even knowing you would have to adjust your entertainment. Congratulations for that !!! The biggest thing you have to live up to are your promises to the parents.
Surely the parents understand that not everyone practices what they do, so I don't think you have the sole responsibility to "shelter" the daughter nor to censor what other girls say or do.
Make your agenda of entertainment, pass it out in advance if you want, and whoever comes knows what will be going on, including the church girl and parents. Then MAKE NO APOLOGIES, but STICK to your agenda.
HAPPY SLEEPOVER.
Don't be bullied into changing your agenda nor anything that would violate your promise. If you are creative enough and have a full agenda, and keep thinks moving along, THAT IS WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR PARTY SUPER !!!!

The only thing I can think of is games. Guesstures is good clean game that is fun to play. Girls love to "play" with hair and makeup so maybe letting them do makeovers on each other would be fun. You know, draw names from a hat and that girls can make over the girl she picked. If you have a movie place with older movies you can get good movies rated G that aren't cartoons. One I watched when i was about that age was Anne of Green Gables and Anne of Avonlea. if they may not actually be rated G , but I think they are. They are very G rated movies, very good. anyway, there are some ideas i could think of. Good luck to you!

Don't worry so much Hon, even strict church going girls can be just as fun as your "regular" girlfriends. She's not a priest!!! You'll probably be surprised as to how "regular" she is too! Don't do anything different from what you had planned. I'm sure you're not having a "wild" birthday party, and your one "wild" friend will not likely surprise her anyway, as you thought. Just have fun, don't worry about anyone, it will turn out just fine.

Hey don't worry the exact same thing happened to me girl! ok I
really didnt want this girl to come to my party. my parents were going to be away for the weekend and i invited over guy friends to truth or dare spin the bottle u know regular stuff for this kinda sleepover. my motto for my sleepovers is "what goes on here stays here" so if she cant respect that then she might not be a real friend. if u were forced to let her come then i guess ur outta luck we all know a teen sleepover cant live without a rated R movie! :) good luck

Warn her parents that you can't change your whole party for her. Keep it to pg movies, because, you'll have other chances. If the other girls stray away to an inapproiate topic, lead her to the kitchen to make some snacks. Warn everyone that they can't talk political, religous, or swear. You can't take away the fun from everyone, and you have to tell her that she may be exposed to stuff she isn 't famailar with, and she'll run into something like that at least once in her life. Good luck!
