I'm talking about those who claim not to be racist, but it is plain from their questions and answers that they have racial predjudices. I'm so sick of white people on here posting questions complaining that THEY are the victims of racism, when they live in a country mainly populated by whites. Unless you go to an all black school where you are the only white, I don't see how you could be a victim of racist bullying.

You've only got to get into conversation with somebody in a pub or on a bus or train and you'd soon find out the REAL degree of racism there is. As much as I hate to drag it up again, just look at Big Brother, because that's the sort of thing that happens all the time almost everywhere, whether people are prepared to admit or not. It was only the PC brigade who dragged that out for so long, and what has come of it ------ NOTHING ---- it's too near the bone !

I guess that a reality check was long over due. I was pleasantly surprised by Obama's victory but now it seems that unrealistic expectations have collided with hard-knuckle truth. The people opposing Obama may not all be racist but many who are opposing him probably are but can't admit that fact even to themselves. The GOP is a party of big business and self interest. The same people who brought the crash of 1929 and 2008 probably all voted, joined or financed the GOP to keep there 'great system' hurtling along to the mess we see today. Broken lives, massive debt and a country reluctant to help its own.

Everyone has prejudices... some speak more on them... so get the hell over it! And that situation of 1 white in an all black school isn't the only example where racial harm can come to a white, one would have to be thick to believe that!

Changing people to suit the current trend isn't always a good thing.

I believe that answers to many questions and views of people can be taken and claimed to being racist, when they are quite frankly answering the question or giving their view in general which should be allowed. Everything does not have to be racist against black or racist against white, we are having our opinions flattened across the board of life, by claiming racism. We need to evolve and be allowed to express an opinion otherwise our minds will become controlled by the powers that be.

I'm not so much shocked by the racism but by the extreme right-wing views (sometimes but not always coupled with extreme Christianist fundamentalism), which seem to me to outnumber the racist remarks ... also the number of put-downs and personal insults. My understanding of the purpose of this community is that it's meant to be a forum for mutual help, advice, problem-solving, etc., and it can be really great at doing that, but sometimes the knee-jerk responses from right field make me come close to weeping or giving up.

Considering the huge numbers of foreign people allowed to crowd out our cities since 1997, I'm not surprised at all that people complain. Where else can they complain? At the ballot box? I don't think so - politicians do exactly what they like.

We live in a free country with free speech. If people don't want millions of foreign people here, with their alien lifestyles, religions, food, languages - then it's their RIGHT to say that.

Are you shocked about those who allways complain about racist? Yes I'm!
If I would say '*****' as a white guy it rasist, isnt it? All the rappers and most of the black guys use it, so...?

In my country the gypsies always complain about racial abuse, now they can get aids, house for free etc. I think is a racism too.
Stop racism.

Yes, but no, I mean I do believe that hardcore racists are the minority in this country but when I come on sites like this, I realize, that's not really the case. Maybe there are people who are just curious and very sheltered but maybe these people are just posting because they know it will get a rise out of most people.
