I got no problem with this issue while using xpsp1 but after i upgrade to sp2. This issue pops up and i cant connect to internet. My default gateway, ip address, preferred DNS are all blank shown from 'ipconfig'. Pls help...TQ

right click on my network places properties, right click on the local or wireless connection, properties, now in the box scroll down till u see "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) click on it once and then click on properties button, make sure it says to obtain a IP address automaticly..

disable your local area connection if you are on ethernet & wireless network conneciton if wireless ....restart your pc
go back and enable the connection again
