There are six:

but-1-ene
cis but-2-ene
trans but-2-ene
methylpropene
cyclobutane
methylcyclopropene

There are a number of them. C4H8 would have one unsaturation, either a double bond or a ring. There would only be two ring compounds, cyclobutane and methylcyclopropane.

As for the straight chain alkenes, you would have both 1-butene and 2-butene, as well as 2-methylpropene.
