After viewing your image:
Eq= 2Pi*(2(0.4/1.2))^0.5
= 2Pi*(2/3)^0.5
=5.13

If the part in parenthesis is not part of the exponent on pi, then it would seem to equal 6.58, as in:

(2)(pi^2)(0.4/1.2) = 6.5797...

::EDIT:: Okay, based on the way you have it written in photobucket, it should be 5.13.
