no,i think no matter what the pedestrian always has the right of way,even though the might jay walk in front of you ,id still stop.that's better than maybe hitting someone and seriously hurting them,people do it all the time any way they know were not going to it them,its just something you have to use good judgment on,good luck i hope this help,s.

Recently I saw a car stop for a pedestrian who didn't use the signal. The cop behind the stopped car said over the loudspeaker "You don't have to stop for him, he doesn't have the right of way now.".
Go figure.

Nope because i ride my bike and i know how fast those things go, i barely make it accross on my bike sometimes i couldn't imagine if i were walking. Plus pedestrains always have the right-a-way by law
