Well, it's the wrong time of year, but you have a chance at any Florida beach. Just remember, sea turtles need the run from nest to water to establish where they are on the earth. I know it's tempting to give them a little help, but really, the best you can do for them is keep the gulls and stuff away.

If it's Ridley turtles you're speaking of, South Padre Island, TX is a good place (just north of Brownsville). But beware, they are protected by law. If you contact the Chamber of Commerce you will probably find out exactly when and where. I don't know if they still do, but they use to have people come down at the time of hatching and help the turtles, to protect them from predators, making sure they got back to the sea because they were on the verge of becoming endangered.

I think one of the Islands in Greece, though I forget the name.
I would also speak to the People at The Sea Turtle Trust, a charity dedicated to conserving turtles (web address: www.seaturtletrust.org).
Think very carefully about why you want to go as disturbance is one of the factors that can cause high mortality and so put them at risk.
The Sea Turtle Trust might be able to help you decide where to go and to enjoy watching them without harming them.

In Malaysia.
There is also a turtle nursery in Malaysia-a place to protect their eggs until they hatch naturally and went to the sea successfully. Turtle is law-protected there.

Why? Are they endangered? as a lot as i love toddler turtles, many different animals also matter upon them for nutrition. that is a mixture of survival of the fittest and taking section in with lady luck. existence is type of a lottery, and those that stay are the fortunate ones. each and every from time to time, the fortunate ones are the turtles, and frequently they're the animals that feed on them to stay alive for the day. also, one turtle lays dozens of eggs to verify some dozen live on. One turtle with too many off springs will ruin the stability of existence. humorous how the international as all of us comprehend it would want to end through a turtle apocalypse in the experience that they breed too a lot. clone of human beings. although, we are human beings and under no circumstances turtles, so we attempt to keep our human beings alive, its really a duty of humanity? To summarize, we are the unnatural ones. we modify nature how we adore it. Them fencing the realm may avert US from interfering, yet enable nature and the nutrition chain do its artwork. The turtle who makes it to sea are those who're maximum possibly are solid and particular to live on. also, why are we accountable for the turtles lack of existence? unlike you ran over it together with your automobile or some thing, properly? i wish you probably did not.
