I like a person with a great sense of humor, and able to deal with people of all kinds, not to judge them! Personality in the best factor looking for would be sense of humor, I can't give a name but I like humor because it makes everyone at ease they can feel more comfortable. It is easier for things to go smoother and people to understand it if there is humor put into things to help it all be absorbed.

Howard Stern because I love his social satire and his view point on the world. I love how he exposes the hypocrisy of this country especially among Republicans and Religious Consvervatives.
I admire him for being honest, open, procavtive, intelligent, entertaining and being a original in a world filled with ditto-heads and mediocrity.
I admire how he has revolutionized the entire of format of radio forever.
