Create a form. You can be really creative doing this..use ballons, wads of paper, whatever works for you.
Cut lots and lots of strips of newspaper
Then mix warm water and slowly add flour to create a glue like paste.
Dip the newspaper in the paste (the more goo you leave on it the longer it takes to dry)
Cover the form with the dipped paper strips.
Let the first few coats dry, and then keep piling on coats of the dipped paper.
If you used a ballon for your form wait until you have several coats, then you can stick a needle through and pop the balloon.
When it's all dry, you can paint it and enjoy!

Make a PVA glue solution then coat the thing that you'll paper mache then use newspaper strips to coat it. Coat the newspaper strips again with PVA glue then use newspaper strips again. Repeat the process over and over again. It depends on the thing that you'll paper mache on how much times you'll do the process.

I used newspaper and wall paper paste. I soaked the paper in the paste and built up layers of it on a form. It's very messy but great fun.
