I gave the wrong muffler to the customer! but i already return it I just want to send her a letter saying that we are really sorry for what happened! thank you very much

Hi!

As you have already returned the muffler, there is no need to send a letter.

I assume you proffered your apologies at that time.

To write a letter after the event is going a little over the top in my opinion.

Just because it is a 5 Star hotel and the clientele are probably quite wealthy there's no need to to grovel.

what in the world is a muffler in reference to a bar?! is it a drink? just apologize. geez, why the trouble of a letter. i don't understand the question really so answering it is difficult.
