No. If they just gave him the Trix, they would be enabling him to feed his addiction. Before long the Trix wouldn't do it anymore and he'd move on to harder cereals such as Fruity Pebbles, Sugar Corn Pops or even, the hardest of all cereals, Sugar Smacks. He'd be robbing 7-11's to feed his habit and before long someone would be dead. I don't think that would make the world a better place at all.
