I AM BLACK!
i totally disagree with affirmitive action because i think it limits who an employer can hire. in fact it is racist if you ask me!
that is just the same as if an employer hires a white person who has no experience or personallity or education just because they are white and turned the black person down with all of the credentials they are actually asking for.
i really don't know if AMERICA will ever overcome RACISM!

We just passed prop 2 here in michigan ending that in college admissions, and state jobs.
Frankly, It hasnt worked in 40 years for the blacks. But I dont think it was time to give up on it. Here in detroit, the blacks need a lot of help, and i think it was done with pure intentions....i wish we had kept it for the sake of the blacks.

It's discrimination, pure and simple. Whites and Asians are hurt by these racist policies. Give the job to the best qualified person.
