If it is a U.S. dime and actually says dime on it, then you have a Winged Liberty Head dime commonly called a mercury dime. I think Julius would not be happy with you mixing him up with a bust of Liberty. The 1927 had a mintage of 28,080.000 so it is not rare.It's value is $1 in grade good up to $3.25 in Extra fine. Have you checked the reverse to see if it has a mint mark. It is located near the E in one. The 1927-D or S are worth a little more money. The above values are about what a dealer would pay.
