Do you know what a bad effect if there are too many women in education sector today? I think if there are too many women be a teachers, there will be unbalance in that sector. So, what do you guys think? I kindly hope that you guys can share you opinions with me about that topic. It is because I will do a socialogy forum this week. Please lend me your hand(^_^)

Traditionally, more women have gone into teaching than men, especially in the lower grades when many children need more nurturing--i.e. the teacher serves as a second "Mom" in the classroom. However, in today's society, many children live in homes with a single mother where the fathers are not involved with the children. Having primarily women teachers deprives those children of good male role models.
