Answer number 5 is giving you best tip ! You can do either freestyle arm stroke or even breaststroke keeping your legs in butterfly kicking position . Or you can do1 lap butterfly (abdominal) followed by another freestyle or breaststroke(triceps, deltoids muscle )

I don't really understand this question. The IRS admitted that they unfairly targeted conservative groups. The two scapegoat agents who actually did the targeting have been fired, and the guy who was put in charge temporarily has been asked to resign. The President of the United States got on TV and radio and excoriated the IRS publicly for this action. It is a fact, one that has been admitted to all the way up to the president. No one is denying this. So are you saying that it did not happen?

butterfly, (aka dolphin), backstroke and freestyle work the triceps. breastroke, not so much. butterfly (aka dolphin) works the abs. BUT, one thing to note, other than muscle tone, which helps, losing weight isn't site specific, so just keep swimming!

the most difficult stroke to learn- the butterfly stroke- would actually be the stroke that you are looking for. Good luck!
