Well from the episode last night, it seems like Delko is gone. BUT with the way TV shows are these days, we won't know 'til next Monday.
I agree with "Switch Angel", BoaVista annoys me as well. I really wish her ex-husband would've killed her (on the show) and Horatio's crew would've dealt with the case.
**UPDATE: I just read on the yahoo tv epsiode guide that he is killed. I hope it's just misleading...
