There are a few things you could do.
1 - wear a padded bra to make the dress fit tighter on your upper body.
2 - Get some 'tit tape' its very strong tape that you apply to your clothes and it keeps clothing in place. You could actually just buy strong double sided tape it would work just as well!
Im sure you will look lovely! Good luck and have a great dance tonight!!!

Well at homecoming I had a strapless dress and while I was getting ready for the dance I noticed that it was a little loose. So I had my mom go out and by these water filled cups to go in my bra so I would fill it out better. Good luck and have fun tonight.

Sew a piece of velcro to the outside front of your bra that won't be seen then put on the dress and see where the velcro hits the inside of the dress and sew the otherside of the velcro to the inside of the dress without the stiches showing on the outside of the dress. That way the velcro will hold the dress top in place and you shouldn't have to keep pulling it up.

PINNING:you have to pin it to your bra in several places, one connecting the area under each arm, two to four at the highest point on the dress. also, you might want to fold and creass a section of your dress under each arm and pin it there. that'll tighten it around the bust area and help prevent slipping.
PADDING: major important. the more bust the better. it'll tighten the bust area to keep it from slipping
OTHER: try tapes or velcro. they attatch it to your bra, but try not to get the tape wet. it you do, it won't be very helpful anymore!

i love going to dances but mine are casual, any way, for my dance costume (for onstage) was strapless and there were plastic straps, the sound uncomfortable, but it is like they arent there , but mine came w/ the costume

Use a tape (specially for revealing clothes) and stick it to your skin from beneath the cloth.
