See the cerebellum and the vestibular fluids in the inner ear are responsible for maintaning balance. u may be having incoordination due to lesion in these areas .plz contact an Otolaryngologist or ENT specialist to find out the same. U can also do yoga and acupuncture aids these are surely going to help you combat ur ailment.Wishing u good luck and hoping that u start rising from ur fall.

This happened to me a while back. I went to my GP thinking something horrendous was about to happen to me. Turned out all I needed was my ears syringing / cleaned. This might not be the problem in your case but it's worth a try.

Get down to the doc it's worth a try.

When I was a kid I kept falling over for no apparent reason and had middle ear disease. It wasn't until my ear started to hurt that my Mum realised and took me to the Doctor - it soon cleared up with the medication
