See the cerebellum and the vestibular fluids in the inner ear are responsible for maintaning balance. u may be having incoordination due to lesion in these areas .plz contact an Otolaryngologist or ENT specialist to find out the same. U can also do yoga and acupuncture aids these are surely going to help you combat ur ailment.Wishing u good luck and hoping that u start rising from ur fall.

This happened to me a while back. I went to my GP thinking something horrendous was about to happen to me. Turned out all I needed was my ears syringing / cleaned. This might not be the problem in your case but it's worth a try.
Get down to the doc it's worth a try.

When I was a kid I kept falling over for no apparent reason and had middle ear disease. It wasn't until my ear started to hurt that my Mum realised and took me to the Doctor - it soon cleared up with the medication

If you mean your physical balance, this is usually associated with the middle ear, and you should consult your GP without delay.

I would say problem with inner ear. Go and speak to your doctor and get it checked out - they may say a viral infection - but I'll tell you that!! lol Any other symptoms? Good luck x

Yes, if you find you are falling to the right lean to the left, and if you are falling to the left lean right. If this doesn't work go back to bed.
