K1 = [N2][O2]/[NO]^2
K2 = [NO2]^2/[NO]^2[O2]

For the third reaction, the K expression is [NO2]^2/[N2][O2], which you can get by dividing K2 by K1, so the value of K will be 2.4 x 10^12/2.4 x 10^30 or 1.0 x 10^-18.
