The football team I coach has two defenders who are gay and they seem unable to "keep it tight at the back". Any tips?

Get them to swap their positions regularly, you may find one likes to be "up front" and the other might prefer it "up the middle". It will also help if you let them have the oportunity to "shoot" occassionally. How are they with the "head" and can they "take it on the chest"?
Its "hard" when your a coach!
