Depends on what you mean. If you want to be able to find links easier, put them in alphabetical order. Open your list of favourites and right click on any one of them. In the box that appears, click on SORT BY NAME.
You can do the same with the items in your START menu as well, if that's what you want, or the items in ALL PROGRAMMES list.

I have All the sites that I pay bills on line with in a folder named Bill Pay

All sites I LOVE for shopping in a folder named Shopping.

Things I find that I really like but don't want to buy now or info I want or need and don't want to loose it in a folder named Keep. That way I know not to loose it

Food sites such as specialty foods, desserts, candies, for gifts, etc. in a folder named Food.

open IE, click favorites, then organize favorites. when you're merely attempting to type alphabetically, then click on favorites, scroll all the way down to the first merchandise contained in the list, and precise click, type. bon probability edit: Sorting them, devoid of delay varieties alphabetically.
