well simply log(a^b)=(b)log(a) so
log81^x=xlog81 and log27^x=xlog27
and xlog81=xlog(3^4)
and xlog27=xlog(3^3)
so log81^x-log27^x= 4xlog3-3xlog3=xlog3
so the answer is xlog3
