Because I have doors. I guess a window would work in case of an emergency.

Because doors are easier and you are less likely to hit your head. Unless of course, you are 7'10" in which case it probably best to wear a hard hat.

I do, and sometimes I go in through them too. I'm not sure the occupants of these homes appreciate it but that's life.
