You can start with the SCA homepage: http://www.sca.org/

If you look under the listing for Kingdoms you'll be able to locate the one that covers your area. It looks like the West Kingdom. They have a website that further divides the area: http://www.westkingdom.org/places.php. I don't know how active the groups are but they give you some contact information and you can look into it.
