Do I have to accept bulk mail when it comes to my house, can I return it to the sender? All I want to recieve is mail from people or business that I have dealings with.

Nope, post office won't return bulk mail to sender. But, once I kept getting credit card offers for my daughter. She had moved out 4 or 5 years prior. I tried everything - calling, sending notes, etc). They kept sending more... frequently!
Finally, I began using their return envelope, intended for those wanting to reply and apply for a credit card. I stuffed it full of all my junk mail, sealed it and mailed it (the return evenlope is a pre-paid first class postage). Still got some, not as much though. I kept stuffing junk mail and paper until it could hold no more and I had to tape it closed. They finally quit sending the offers.......

There is a web site that you can register and avoid receiving junk mail. It works really. The mail I was receiving was marked for my daughter...

I haven't gotten junk mail in years

Yes, you can, but I doubt that this will stop the bulk mail.
