Mine is OK.
Possible reasons -
Upgrade work in your area - call them, or look on their website for detials
Contention - there may be some heavy users in your area hogging the bandwith.
You may be trying to access a busy website.

ntl is fine try deleting your cookies and defrag then run system scan
thats what i do and its fine

They are changing name to virginmedia.com.Mine has it on screen saying will be done by tomorrow.
