Shoot the ball at the top of your jump. Learn to shoot like the pros (only using wrist) that gives you a dramatic advantage.

practice practice practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will get the hang of it if u practice. i can make 100 in a row. i've been practicing basketball since i was 3.

if you want to jump higher, work your legs in workouts more. try squats, leg extensions, that type of stuff...if you use ur arms more, you won't have to use your arms as much
