I see 5 possible things happening here:
1, she is working on a present for your dad, a album of hot pictures can be the perfect valentine gift for someone you love.
2, She has a chat friend that want some pictures, some would call this cheating and some wouldnt.
3, she is cheating (quite easy to check, does she often stay late at work, strange phonecalls, what do neighbours say, any visitors in the middle of the day when she is alone at home?
4, your parents want to spice it a little with a new partner in the bed (or 2) and plan to place an ad in a magazine.
5, She has fantasies about modelling or had once in her life and "play around" with the camera for fun.
I would suggest that 1 and 5 seems most logical, but the rest is up to you, why not ask her in private?
Imagination is often worse than reality.

It doesnt mean that she is cheating. Perhaps she feels nice seeing herself in pics with such underwear or perhaps your dad loves to watch her in person as well as in pics.

Mind your business. If your moms wants to show her booty then she is grown and can do that. Maybe she is making money to feed your nozy AZZ.
