No team can win by 0 wicket. If the last wicket of the team batting 2nd gets out when the score is equal, the match will be
a tie. If the team cross the score of team batted first with 9 wickets lost, the team will win by one wicket.

A team can win by 1 wkt but 0 wkt can't be. i am not sure about this but if the scores of the 2 teams are tied and the bowler is bowling last bowl of the innings but that goes as no ball but a batsman in confusion tries to take run and gets runout and he is the last player of the team may be than the team may win by 0 wkt as an extra would be given on a/c of noball.

This is quite an interesting question, because it concerns a couple of matters:
1. First of all, it is highly unlikely that one of the batsman would be run out following a wide before the umpire had a chance to call a "wide".
2. This sort of situation would be in a One Day Innings (ODI) match, seen as that is the game that is really limited by amount of balls a batting team receives (although there is a scenario that this would happen in a test match).
3. In most cases, especially in a One Day match, the batsmen would know the ball will be called wide, and not run seen as a wide is a bonus run, thus giving them the adequate amount of runs needed to win.
4. I would seriously doubt that an umpire would signal a "wide" so long after it happened, therefore the batsmen run with out hitting the ball, making the "bye". A bye is not a bonus run, and the run that is being taken when being run out does not count, thus making the situation a tie and ODI matches, and a draw in Test matches.
