yeah i freaked out too a couple days ago, cause i was bleeding like mad for like a whole day, so when i put the night pad on before i went to bed, then woke up to go to the toilet i had'nt bled a drop, don't make the mistake i did and think the period was over and it was a weird 1 day thing and stop wearing pads, i found out the hardway the following day, when i went to the toilet and saw the BIG stain (sorry bout the mental picture, but you get what i mean).
don't freak out, your body is just resting, and make sure you continue to wear a pad okay?
no stress, enjoy the little break you have, i did'nt i was too weirded out bout only bleeding one day.
anyway have a good on, and just do what i said (if you want)
lol Milly

I am supposing you are a teenager. Most periods last for 5-7 days. But because you are just starting to regulate the hormones that are the catalyst for monthly cycles, don't worry. It may come and go, you may start again tomorrow or not. Being regular for you may take some months. Just keep some sort of pad handy and you'll will be fine.

Yes one day is ok it will take a little while for your body to adjust to the changes its going Thur, don't worry over time it will regulate itself. Relax its different for every female some last longer some shorter.

Periods usually last up to 7 days. You may have a few more days to go. Don't worry, all is normal.

That may be your period and how you will experience it. Count your blessing's. Some girls/Women have a flo for a week. are you sure it was your period though and not blood spotting. you may want to tell your Mother and see what she says or someone you feel comfortable talking to about this.

If it's your first period it may not be regular yet, but you would talk to someone about it, your mother, a doctor, etc.
