Any over the counter medication that contains Metronidazole will clear you right up. It's found in athlete's foot meds, jock itch stuff, and women's yeast infection creams. Just read the package for its "Active Ingredient" and buy whichever is cheapest.

Athlete's foot is generally caused by a fungal overgrowth. You could use tea tree oil to cut with a plain oil like almond or grape seed oil. I would also suggest washing your feet and thoroughly allowing them to air dry before applying the oil or putting on socks and shoes (this will also help to prevent overly dry feet}. A little tea tree in the wash water wouldn't hurt either. Launder all your socks, shoes, and sheets in hot soapy water and wash critical areas where your bare feet have been with bleach if possible. If you use a communal shower- gym, school- wear flip flops to shower and in the locker room.

The fastest and cheapest remedy I have found is Witch Hazel. Very inexpensive. Pour some on your feet over the tub, let it dry. It cures athlete's foot within 2 to 5 days, depending on the severity, and it doesn't come back. If it does, just do it again. It works wonderfully.

The best, most powerful remedy I know is a drop of grapefruit seed extract between each toe. It's amazing stuff, natural, antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial. A few companys sell it, you'll get it in a health food shop, the brand name I know is Citricidal. Good Luck!
