It's called being bloated. It's extra water in you that will subside when your period is over. Wear some comfortable clothes and you'll be o.k.

It's completely normal...most women will gain from 1 -5 lbs, drink MORE water and limit your salt intake and try to move a little bit.
It's just bloating and you should lose the weight after you are done with your period.

some girls get craving when on their period and tend to over eat, but a lot of it is water weight your retaining.

I think so..
I try to limit my food,stay away from the sweets and find that it helps. Alot of what you gain during your period is fluid

For me it's true, I work really hard to try and not eat just because I'm bored and that goes well for me until I'm on period :( I eat like a frigin hog. lol

yes not all people do but some do it is called bloating but it goes away after your period
