In the small business i run, one of the employees has called to report the absence of connection he has been experiencing today.

This is seriously affecting his work, as i have been sharing the Internet connection.
can someone tell me of a plan containing an ordered succession of steps that i should follow to solve this problem.help please!

Call your internet provider. Easy they will walk you through the stepd. Did he click the reset button on the router??

The first thing you should do is learn how to spell words correctly or learn to use spell check. Then you should sell your business. If you are unable to form a question with any kind of detail as to the real problem you are surely unfit to run a company. If your question refers to Internet connectivity you should call the ISP and make sure it is not an outage on their end. Once that is determined have your employee release and renew the IP address, register with the local dhcp server, or just run some GUI trouble shooter.
