it should have already been here by now as it is law to have them out by the end of the month (Jan.), or that is my understanding. You just need to contact your employer as they have to keep that information for the reporting to the IRS as part of the company returns. If you have any problems getting it from your employer then you can contact a tax attorney & the IRS can help with this as well. They already have that information as companies have quarterly payments/statements that are required to be filed. A good tax accountant can help you figure things out by your check stubs if you get up against the wall on filing dates. Extensions are easy and clear, you can file two of them a year and that gives you until October 15th to have things completed. Extensions require you to include some kind of payment if one is due but nothing if nothing is due, just ask your tax accountant but this as well. Good Luck!

contact your employer they are required to give you a copy as of 1/31/06 ... for previous years income taxes already filed.. you can get copies sent from the IRS...
