pre clean disinfect & rinse
main clean rinse & dry , but I never put disinfectant in my washing machine . If I did that´s what I would do

It doesn't matter. Disinfectant is a fool's paradise. Not only does it mess up your septic system, the germs will come back onto your stuff in a second anyway. Germs will not kill you!
