I had a friend who was taking cider vinegar. He found that if he used it for just a few days, he develope symptom of the gout. He'd stop using it, and it would go away. Then he'd try it again, and the same thing would happen. If you're taking a multi-vitamn that contains 100% of your daily requirement of vitamin C, why take more? No matter what else you may have read, 100% is all you need of anything. If you really want to add garlic and green tea to your diet, just eat them. Both have been shown to promote health, but the studies really don't show any advantage with taking mega doses. It's only the companies that manufacture them that promote the idea that you need more than you can eat. Stick with 1 good multi-vit and a good diet. Mega doese of vitamins aren't a fuel that turns back a time machine.

It is true that vitamin c induces your period. But excessive use could be a burden to your kidneys and can lead to kidney problems.Inducing period and trying to miscarry on your own is dangerous. It can harm your reproductive system permanently.Plus, trying to induce a period doesn't always lead to miscarriage necessarily. And I don't think that you can terminate a pregnancy with vitamins, even though it's an early one.Plus,I know for a fact that it's quite healthy to take vitamin-c in while pregnant.Recommended dosage 85 mg per day. Anyways, you need to make sure first. You have to take a pregnancy test,it's pretty affordable and since you missed you period, almost always accurate. After it's confirmed by your doctor that you are pregnant, then you can think about for your options.Adoption, abortion or parenting. But you need to find out for sure first. Best of luck.

Inflammation causes aches. Wearing out of the cartilage means there will be pressing on nerves and therefore, ache.

Take Glucosamine/chomdroiten/MSN combination available at most drug stores. It anti inflames, lubricates and relieves pain.

Vit. C is an anti inflammatory in addition to other good things. A good multi can't hurt. Garlic is an anti inflammatory too. Zinc is healing. Also take calcium two hours after the others, and take potassium with the pothers.

Probably just stiffness from inactivity. You are super vitaminized and energized, but without physical activity you are just making yourself stiff. Go for a walk everyday or start a daily work out plan.

actually vitamins are required in very small amounts in our body. don't over do it. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Sometime's when people fill their bodies with natural stuff your body may have too much of it. If your body doesn't need it then don't take it.

It may have an adverse reaction!
