Nokia 5300 fits in perfectly with the requirements u specified....then the low end N series for eg.N70 etc can be another option!!!

Well, by 15K do you mean less then $15,000 U.S.? If so you can get any phone you want to for that much. But if you mean $15,000 something else I can't really help you. Maybe try the Nokia 6133. I think that has a camera and MP3 player and I think it's somewhat inexpensive. Don't know if it will work with your plan though.

well if you r india then you can buy a variety of range in 15000 rs.
you can go for 5300.its new launch walkman phone.all the features r quiet good.the only thing is tht camera isnt so good.
then u can go for n series n-71..it has good sound quality as well as camera..there are other models too but i think these two r the best these days

indian rupees 15,000 less than this u gotto goto with N73 or 5300. No way $15,000 us dollars silly ppl the latest iPhone cost something like 5 to 6 hundred us dollars.
