No!! it should not be stopped. Why should all the other teams suffer for the horrendous behaviour of some so called supporters. The Italian FA.and the clubs themselves should be doing more to tackle this sort of problem. The sad fact is that it has taken the death of someone for them to realise how bad the problem really is.

The Italians are good at 1 thing: Cooking. Everything else they do they are either ok at or as much use as a condom machine in the Vatican!
Football: Ok
Fighting a war: completely useless!

It is treatable, look at the English game in the 80's.
