Other than the obvious it's actually a legal requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act. (UK)

I assume your trying to meet a requirement a job spec on an application form. Refer to the legal requirements referred to above. Mention danger of injury, disciplinary action or death. Give an example of how you implemented policy e.g. shut draw to a filing cabinet or shut a fire door.
