What about John Ritter? He actually didn't die of a heart 'attack' but it was cardiac related and he would have never survived. Christina Onassis died in her 30's of a heart attack. I think James Brown died of a heart attack. As for Elvis, had he not been heavily into drugs, he too probably would not have died of a cardiac related issue.
