My daughter used to get headaches frequently that turned out to be dehydration. A glass of water or juice is pretty natural.
Also a lot of headaches are caused by caffeine withdrawals. Do you use anything with caffeine in it?

Best described in a book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It shows where the cause of the pain comes from and how to get rid of it. The book is $20.00 at any book store (or they can get it) and is at some libraries.

My best remedy is a nice walk in the hills behind my home; I like to go sit and watch the birds up there, and simply do NOTHING for a little while :-)

Look up the pressure points that are above the eyebrows and in the temple. Apply pressure and release. Should fix you right up.
