Think, or research carefully, about what are the KSF's, the Key Success Factors, that affect the company, or the performance of that job.

Think, or research the company's mission statement or customer relations statements or statements to shareholders, about what the company chooses to value. It could even just be their perception or their image they want to keep and develop, or the manager's values, what do they consider "value" in hiring in that job.

Then find examples as proof of qualities that you will apply and practice more while working for them. Try to find specific example or 2 or 3 that proves you did. Then you are ready, answer with confidence and class.
