I heard it will be out in the usa, but I'm not sure if will out in the uk?

Well...it looks like it IS going to be released in the US. Gamefaqs has posted the release date for TBA 2007. For Europe, its a little dobutful. If it is released in the UK and the rest of Europe it won't be released until 2008 (probably Spring).
